A music collective consisting of Ben Crino on guitar, Sid Smith IV on drums and Isaiah Jones Jr. on organ

Elisha’s newest EP entitled “As an Organ Trio” is the precursor to the group’s full length record, which will be released in the summer of 2024. With production help by legendary Jazz guitarist Bobby Broom, this record will reimagine seven standards from the Jazz repertoire with elements of gospel, groove and hip hop, while still allowing an approach from the Jazz lineage to drive the setting. It will also feature an original from Isaiah Jones Jr. titled with the mantra “That is Where I’ll Be”.

On September 1st, 15th and 29th from 10:30-11:45, Elisha will have their debut at Andy’s Jazz Club in Chicago.

This trio together and in different ensembles has played Andy’s Jazz Club, The Jazz Showcase, Lily’s, Fitzgeralds, Rojo Gusano, House of Blues, Fulton Street Collective, The Whistler, The Lazy Bird Bar, The Michigan Jazz Festival, The Milwaukee Jazz Festival, The Detroit Jazz Festival, The Jazz Estate, The Blu, and the Bayview Jazz Festival.

The Ryan Bills Organ Quartet is four piece group that plays all original compositions by Ryan Bills.

Fun fact - Ryan was Ben’s camp counselor at a Jazz camp in 2018. In 2022, Ryan and Ben reconnected while both attending Northern Illinois University for their Masters degrees

LTQ was active from 2019-2023, and was comprised of Liz Townsend (vocals), Drew Duer (drums), Troy Robertson III (bass) OR Carlo De Rosa (bass), Grayson Nye (piano) and Ben Crino (guitar)

Minor Element

Ben was in Minor Element from 2018 - 2022. This band recorded a full length record called Odd Family and toured through Michigan, Chicago, Canada and more. Ben credits most of his knowledge of the professional music scene to this band and the leader of the band, Brandon Fitzpatrick
